This event is for students in grades 6-12.
Join us for a series of mini-programs designed to help develop mindfulness and bring about a sense of relaxation. In this session we'll be working together on two writing techniques to help focus you on the present moment: gratitude journaling and stream-of-consciousness writing. Please bring paper or a notebook and a pen.
