Longtime DJ and music director at WZLX in Boston chronicles a lifetime in rock with a tour through 50 concerts that create a portrait of decades of rock ’n’ roll history from B. B. King and Eric Clapton to David Bowie and The Clash.

Following Alan’s presentation, WCMS students will perform an acoustic set featuring music by the bands and artists highlighted in the book. Music will include songs by George Harrison, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, U2, Nirvana, and Pearl Jam​.
