What constitutes a healthful diet? In this class, registered dietician Judy Palken will cover much of what we know. Topics will include the problems with highly-processed foods, and a better, healthier, anti-inflammatory way of eating. Also learn about great eating behaviors that will set you up for healthy success. Throughout the presentation enjoy fine art paintings that can help to inspire healthful choices. There will be a smoothie-making demo at the end and samples for everyone to taste! Registration is optional but appreciated.
Judy Palken, MNS, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian who translates the science of nutrition into practical recommendations. In her classes, Judy teaches how great food choices and other healthful behaviors can reduce inflammation, promote good health, and help us to feel our best. She uses fine art paintings to convey her messages and inspire great choices.
