IN PERSON: Recycle Gardening

Saturday, May 1510:30—11:15 AMLibrary LawnWinchester Public Library80 Washington St, Winchester, MA, 01890

In Recycle Gardening, we will use recycled materials (water bottles) to create an adorable planter for herbs. We will learn how to plant seeds, and will read a book about gardening. We will also make beaded pipe cleaner garden markers to label our seeds, and work on our literacy skills! Registration required. For families with kids ages 7+.

This will be a socially-distanced, outdoor, in-person program out on the library lawn. All participants will need to wear a mask during the program. The craft and story will also be recorded and available on our website at a later date for those who are not comfortable doing an in-person event, but would still like to do some recycled gardening.
