Reset Your Time & Tasks: A Hands-On Planning & Calendar Workshop
Wednesday, March 46:00—8:00 PMLarge Meeting RoomWinchester Public Library80 Washington St, Winchester, MA, 01890

You can find the perfect planner, task management app, or calendar, but tools alone won't fix issues with time management. Knowing how to actually use tools to see your time & tasks, and finding the time to use and review them, is where many people get stuck. This interactive workshop helps participants build or reset time and task management systems that work for real life.
Bring whatever tools you use (or want to use) including laptops, phones, digital calendars, paper planners, and those random lists written on sticky notes or scrap paper and scattered around the house. We’ll work on getting those loose ends into the right “containers,” so tasks aren’t floating in your head or falling through the cracks, and discuss best practices for regularly processing and reviewing your containers.
For people with ADHD or other executive function challenges, working alongside others, often called body doubling, can make task initiation and sustained focus much easier. The session includes plenty of supported, side-by-side working time so you can make real progress during the workshop itself. We'll also troubleshoot make-or-break tech obstacles such as syncing across devices and finding the right settings for family calendars.
Supportive, practical, and judgment-free. Registration is appreciated but not required.
