Kids ages 5+ sign up for a karate workshop with Freestyle Karate. This presentation will discuss the essential elements of what makes a great martial artist while also incorporating attributes which allow students to thrive outside of the studio. Discussions will include the importance of life skills, as well as instruction in basic self defense stances to promote physical activity.
