Join Chef Liz Barbour as she takes a journey back to the early 1700s and discusses the workings of a colonial New England kitchen and the ingredients available. Liz will provide a cooking demonstrates of two recipes with historic roots that she has adapted for today’s shopping and palate. Sample tastings provided to the audience.
